TERMS OF SERVICE ​ Last Updated: June 2026 These Terms of Service govern the provision of services by NorthWash Pressure Washing ("we", "our", "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.   SERVICES NorthWash Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to: • Driveway Cleaning • Patio Cleaning • Path Cleaning • Exterior Surface Cleaning • Annual Maintenance Subscriptions • Commercial Pressure Washing All services are subject to availability.   QUOTATIONS All quotations are provided based on information supplied by the customer. Quotations may be revised if: • Property size differs from information provided • Additional work is required • Access restrictions exist • Surface conditions differ from those disclosed Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days.   BOOKINGS Bookings are only confirmed once accepted by NorthWash Pressure Washing. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.   CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES Customers must: • Provide safe and reasonable access • Ensure water supply is available and operational where required • Provide electricity access if requested • Remove vehicles, furniture, pots, ornaments and other obstacles from work areas • Keep children and pets away from working areas Failure to provide access may result in additional charges or cancellation.   PAYMENT Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include: • Bank Transfer • Cash • Other agreed methods Late payments may result in additional recovery costs and suspension of future services.   CANCELLATIONS More than 72 hours before appointment: No charge. 24-72 hours before appointment: Up to 25% of the booking value may be charged. Less than 24 hours before appointment: Up to 50% of the booking value may be charged. Failure to provide access or no-show: Up to 100% of the booking value may be charged.   WEATHER CONDITIONS Services are weather dependent. Where weather conditions make work unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments at no additional charge.   RESULTS DISCLAIMER We aim to achieve the best possible results on every job. However, we cannot guarantee complete removal of: • Oil stains • Rust stains • Paint marks • Lichen • Deep algae staining • Surface discolouration • Other permanent contaminants Cleaning results vary depending on surface condition, age and previous maintenance.   PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE Pressure washing may reveal pre-existing defects that were hidden by dirt, moss, algae or debris. This may include: • Loose pointing • Loose paving • Cracked slabs • Damaged surfaces • Existing erosion • Surface deterioration NorthWash Pressure Washing accepts no responsibility for pre-existing defects.   PROPERTY DAMAGE We take reasonable care while carrying out our services. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by negligence and shall not exceed the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for: • Pre-existing defects • Wear and tear • Age-related deterioration • Hidden structural issues   REFUNDS Refunds will not be provided due to: • Change of mind • Customer expectations exceeding reasonable service outcomes • Permanent stains that cannot be removed • Unused subscription visits If a customer is dissatisfied, they must notify us within 48 hours of service completion and allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify any genuine issues.   ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS Subscription packages include: Silver Package – 2 visits per year Gold Package – 3 visits per year Platinum Package – 4 visits per year Each visit includes driveway, patio and path cleaning. Very large properties may be subject to additional charges. Subscription payments are non-refundable once commenced. Unused visits do not roll over into future subscription periods.   COMMERCIAL SERVICES Commercial quotations are bespoke and may be subject to separate agreements, risk assessments and service schedules.   REFERRAL SCHEME Referral rewards are payable only after: • A referred customer books a service • Payment has been received in full • The service has been successfully completed We reserve the right to amend or withdraw referral promotions at any time.   FORCE MAJEURE We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, equipment failure, illness, accidents or utility interruptions.   WEBSITE USE Information on our website is provided for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to modify content, pricing and services without notice.   PRIVACY Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.   CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
