Cancellation Policy

NorthWash Pressure Washing BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. BOOKINGS All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by NorthWash Pressure Washing. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the size, condition or accessibility of the area differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the quotation before work begins. PAYMENT Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. CANCELLATIONS • More than 72 hours' notice – No charge. • 24-72 hours' notice – Deposit may be charged. • Less than 24 hours' notice – Up to 50% of the booking value may be charged. • Failure to provide access or no-show – Up to 100% of the booking value may be charged. WEATHER Pressure washing is weather dependent. In cases of heavy rain, high winds or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. ACCESS Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including access to an outdoor water supply where required and mains electricity. Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges. RESULTS Whilst we aim to achieve the best possible results, some stains, oil marks, rust, paint, lichen, algae staining and surface discolouration may be permanent and cannot always be completely removed. No guarantee is made regarding full stain removal. REFUNDS Once work has been completed, refunds will not be provided due to a change of mind or personal preference. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will be given the opportunity to inspect the work and, where appropriate, rectify any genuine issues before any refund request is considered. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS Subscription packages can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Any services already provided remain chargeable and are non-refundable. LIABILITY NorthWash Pressure Washing shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage, defects or deterioration to surfaces being cleaned. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
